Being respectful should be everyone’s first thought when with someone. For instance, in the speech Sirolli gave, he talked about a book, “Small is Beautiful” by Schumacher, which he read and then explained how it made complete sense. In this book it said, “Above all in …show more content…
In particular, Sirolli explains, “You can give somebody an idea. If that person doesn’t want to do it, what are you going to do? The passion that the person has for her own growth is the most important thing. Then we help them to go and find the knowledge, because nobody in the world can succeed alone.” Just by saying this, Sirolli’s is trying to point out that someone will have the initiative to try and get his or her passion done with help or not, although it is respectful to at least give a hand and explain the knowledge you have just to help them get it done in a better way. This contributes to my opinion also, because we can’t just push new ideas on people if they do not want it just because we see them struggling, we need to find a better solution and approach these certain things in a different way than we would usually handle
