Nursing is a renewed science aimed to observation behavior formed in health care system to help to maintain the optimum health in five dimension as a physical psychosocial , emotional, spiritual, psychological aspects else the nursing was to help patients adapt both mentally and emotionally to their situation as Roy state.
Sister Calista Roy was born on oct, 14, 1939, She got her bachelors of arts in nursing from mount St. Mary’s college, los Angeles and masters of science in nursing from, University of California, Los Angeles.and Ph.D. in sociology Roy was an associate professor and chair person of the department of nursing at mount Saint Mary’s college, Roy began the newly created position of graduate faculty at Boston school of nursing.
Roy Theory is retroductive theory which mean it’s a mix of Deductive: it is derived from Helson’s Theory. Helson expanded the concepts of focal, contextual, and residual stimuli which Roy defined to compose a typology of agents related to adaptation levels of humans. And other it is Inductive: that she developed the four adaptive modes from research and practice experiences of herself, her colleagues.

on the other hand the relationship with his family sill and stronger than past, his parent, wife, sons, and friends was good relationship, but he feel in his perception they feel Compassion for his status and draw his self-image as he is become a useless man, also the interdependence take a role which he wanted to take a long leave from his job he can’t continue working under any
