Many scientist and health care officials has proven that the life threatening virus no longer exist. In the late 1970’s it waws declared eradicated. Shortly following a successful vaccination test trail that exceed beyond belief, this is formally known as one of the biggest medical breakthroughs in history. During the time before the vaccination the virus killed around 30 percent of people who caught it. People who caught it were often left blind, and with deep pitted scars, or pockmarks everywhere on there skin.Since the virus is spread through direct contact with infected people or body fluids or with contaminated objects such as bedding, the disease had two types. One of them is the variola major virus this is the most common form, but it is also the severest and most lethal. The second one is variola minor. This produced a milder disease, which was fatal in less than one percent of cases. The other two very rarer forms are hemorrhagic and malignant. Both resulted in death.
