Technological advances such as EHR, various phone applications and other mobile health devices have been making their way into the mainstream. Devices to monitor heart rate, blood pressure that contribute to chronic illnesses, making them potential preventive and trending tools that can be incorporated medical records to track patients’ vitals and health status. Technology has, taken a unique role in healthcare. Health entities leverage resources to sustain their technology related projects to save cost, improve communication, and increase efficiency in service. Technology is entrenched in all specialties and departments in health care.
