Wealth can influences the health, education, working life and crime and justice (McIntyre 2014). All these chances are usually denied to lower class people because of the lack of wealth. Children who grow in poverty have a more of a chance of staying in poverty (McIntyre 2014). This is because they don’t have the same opportunity’s as the upper class, the upper class have a bigger chance to gain all these better opportunity’s because they have wealth they hold. In addition, children who have been raised in poverty have already “absorbed” the norms and values within that social class (McIntyre 2014). Therefore, it will be extremely difficult to adapt to a new set of norms to a new social class, that’s why usually people stay within the same social class that they were born
