The target area was the ICT area with 600 employees in Italy. Eni’s main goal was to understand the needs and trends of its employees. Employees were asked to create their own profiles. This way, they could be able to share documents and have their own blogs that might be beneficial for some of the other employees. Additionaly, they were also asked to share their own ideas how to improve the ICT.
