Conformity according to Walters (1987) involves the ability of an individual to take the side of groups even though they well know that is never what they think or take as their last word while disagreement is going against the set standards or agreement. There are several things that force us to conformity especially on political scene; they include peer pressure which plays a critical role in the youth today. Individuals are known to support those of whom the majority do. Take for example in class where students prefer to raise up their hands just because the majorities have chosen a specific side even if the idea they are supporting goes against their beliefs and decisions. These are set issues that are always at heart of external validity, and that will set the tone for trustworthy results that can play a key role when sharing certain thoughts or opinions.
Validity can be divided into two; external and internal validity. Internal validity refers to the consistency of variables at an internal level that whether the results represent the claims provided while external validity refers to evaluating a sample that is far away or not associated with sample study. Both styles of validation offer casual challenges which need serious attention and concern to ensure the result is not biased in any sense what so ever (Narum & Pigg, n.d.).
Evaluators, therefore, need to keep in mind the ethical considerations that will ensure there is zero tolerance and that specific characters do not come up to endanger members of the society at large. Here, the key players are the political polls that decide representation of public issues. They should produce the results as reflected by the public at large and ensure that personal gain or political push does not play a big influence in their decision-making process hence promoting individual interests and political motives that are not of salience to the
