I have an interest in sports dietitian because I love to help people get the healthiest they can be. The training and educational requirements include: a bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition or food and nutrition. Next would be a master’s in nutrition or exercise physiology. Then needing to complete of didactic program in dietetics and supervised practice program. Next is a minimum of two years’ experience in nutrition counseling. The specific job roles and responsibilities include individual nutrition counseling with players. Where you keep track of their health, education them in healthy eating, and counseling.
