Sumeetpal Singh St Mary’s: Possible solutions to the problems
After analyzing the problems with St Mary’s it is time to find the possible alternatives which can help solving the problems. As discussed earlier there was no well-set pattern and policies in the organization which led to patient’s dissatisfaction with the facilities and the environment. There are myriad of solutions which can be implemented for the rectifying the issues.

Mary’s. Therefore, organizational socialization process should be implemented in the hospital. This is a process which is brought into action to make employees learn an organization’s values, norms and required behaviors. In other words, organizational socialization turns ordinary employee to an extraordinary one by promoting and reinforcing the company’s core values and beliefs.
