Having two meals of this a day, still drinking breast milk. Then Power Yo’ridge at 8 months. Moving up to three meals a day, and still drinking some breast milk. LCO also offer tasty snacks marked accordingly to introduce at age 7months -12 months. Even at 7 years old Owen loves eating LCO. I will tell him ‘You know that’s baby food’ he shrugs, he loves it! Even I will snack on some of them. P.S. Owlies (sweet potato & ginger spelt cookies) are the bomb, I’m eating now!
What I love about LCO is the mixture of different fruits and vegetables in one pouch. You can find a blended puree pouch mixed with bananas, pumpkin, pears and coconut. Or just a basic mango puree. I’ve never had a child eat puree Kale until Love Child and love it! Also the added super foods such as chia, quinoa, spelt. All very rich in nutrients.
