As there are advantages to using expatriates, as well as some weaknesses. The first weakness is not familiar with the culture and language of the target market. Expatriates sent overseas are often not prepared for the experience. They are less introduced in ways that countries receiving them and sometimes cannot meet the challenges created by the cultural gap. Inability to adapt to the local culture sometimes leads to failure of expatriate managers or cultural conflict or bad image "foreign". Another part of the expatriate managers use costs. Relocation costs, cost of living allowance, household allowance to maintain the fight, and additional family expenses all contributed to the high cost of expatriate managers' compensation packages. HRM must be established from time to time as a human resource organization that determines success or failure in improving the productivity and competitiveness of the
