There are many symptoms of depression, some psychological and some physical. Quite often people feel very sad and they don’t feel like going out or socialising with anyone. During school or work they have poor concentration and cannot comprehend what they are reading, which can often lead to misunderstood information and can affect ones quality of work. Due to someone not going outside and socialising it can result in obesity and health issues. This can lead to becoming insecure about your body and comparing yourself with other people, which can worsen the depression. The most common symptom is severe stress when in certain situations. A panic attack is quite common and consists of hyperventilating and heart palpitations. This this can then lead to dizziness, feeling like you’re about to pass out, nausea, dry mouth, numbness and tingling in body parts. Some psychological symptoms of anxiety include constant fear and worry. Music is a big passion of mine and I get quite excited when new music is released by favourite artist. I’m constantly supporting them and helping them succeed, which brings me excitement and joy. COME BACK TO LATER
Whenever I try a new activity I bring zest and energy. Like I said previously I have a strong willingness to succeed and I always want to try my best at whatever I do. I love to challenge myself and push my boundaries, and I always tackle things head on. Humour- Social situations (with family) Whenever I’m around family I always like to use humour. I like to make people laugh because I know that it will make them happier. I continually make jokes whenever I’m watching TV, sitting there chatting and when we’re eating dinner.
I also use my humour in everyday situations such as when I talk with my friends. When I’m with my friends I always want to have a good time and have fun, and I feel like using my humour is a good way to do
