It is important for team members to be consulted and kept informed of a projects progress and has feedback provided in regards to their own performance standards. By producing and actively involving project members in all aspects of the procedures and giving detailed feedback on their progress any issues can be resolved, good progress commended and they will know if they are completing the tasks adequate or may need assistance.
If performance is not regularly checked, little progress or incomplete duties may be accomplished and this can negatively impact on the projects completion, length of time to met deadlines and slow implementation.

I would used and implement a action plan. Action plans are a great drafting mechanisms to assist in the planning stages of projects. These include information on the following sections: roles and responsibilities, resources required and timeframes for completion of specific tasks.
I would also implement a milestone chart – these charts are very valuable as they show activities that are planned and recorded completion dates and easily chart progress.
Roles and responsibilities
It is important to delegate roles and responsibilities to employees and particularly project team groups so each individual is aware of their allocated duties, position within the team and knows their rights, aspects of their roles and how to work collaterally within the team. Employees that are unaware of their responsibilities and place within a team are generally unable to complete tasks as they have no understanding of the requirements of their position; this can also cause issues with working to deadlines.
Tasks will be delegated by myself as the manager and the supervisor of the team.
