Therefore, we have to find that way in order to help dyslexics students to be successful. As a parent of a dyslexic student, it was very helpful for me to read and research about dyslexia, which made me really understand my daughter better. I am now able to help her in a positive way. In addition, understanding about dyslexia gives me the passion to look to my daughter’s strengths instead of just looking to her weaknesses. By working with her and giving her support and encouragement, we can overcome her weaknesses. Furthermore, it helps me understand the way that she thinks, and now I’m able to assist her to find a good instruction that better fits with her learning style. It’s very important for parents and teachers to be very knowledgeable about dyslexia in order to help dyslexic students to find their ways to succeed. Throughout my research, it is evident that the best way to help dyslexic students is to identify their level of disability at an early age.
