It was an electric, very young and very individualistic femininity although it was absorbed by the mainstream very quickly. Grunge was featured in all the fashion magazines and even managed to draw in politics when President Clinton issued a warning about grunge’s glorification of drugs and declared that he was minded to forbid its further dissemination.
I admire the 1990’s fashion because they had a bit of everything really; they had short skirts, long skirt, long coats, short coats, jeans, shirts, etc. I love the grunge style I wear a lot of that sort of clothing myself.
20th century
Vintage clothing from the 1960’s-70’s-80’s came back in fashion and fashion designers often sought to emulate bygone styles in their collections. Later on, designers began to adopt a more colourful, feminine, excessive, and 'anti-modern ' look. For a lot of designers that owned their own label in the early years of the 21st century financial problems happened and they had to rely on investors. People wore styles from years before.
I love the 21st century fashion because everyone wears what they want when they want and no one could tell them they were wearing something that isn’t in at that time. We wear pieces of clothing from all different years with all different styles. I don’t think I hate anything from this
