Ethical standards vary from culture to culture because each culture has their own values, attitudes, beliefs, practices and different ways of living. Each culture has their own set of rules, and normative beliefs that control their ways of leaving. Culture reflects the moral and ethical beliefs of how people have to behave with others; however, these standards change between countries, cities, organization, groups, etc.
When doing business across different cultures, it is important for each of the parties to search, learn, and understand about each other culture because culture strongly influences negotiators. It is important to learn about culture differences; like, customs, gestures, body language, and politics. The proper communication and manners influence the other party to negotiate and sign contracts to make
