Studies have shown there are many different learning techniques but in our line of expertise there are only two primarily. Kinesthetic learners commonly known as “hands on learners”, soldiers in this category learn by demonstration and application. The other learning style that is a complete contrast to this style is a reflective learner, also known for their vivid imaginations and analytical viewpoint. Getting to know each individual’s learning technique of your squad, and knowing which learning technique they will be most receptive too is extremely important. “Competence is my watchword.
