Introduction
Diversity management in sport is one of the most important topics under research and discussion today because of globalization and sports dynamics. Organizations around the globe are changing and consequently people have changed. Therefore, this calls for diversity in sports management, which entails culture, and race, age, ethnic background, gender and religion among many other personalities attributes because of demographic changes across the globe. For sports to be viable, well managed and grow affirmative action and policies should be put in place to enhance diversity aspects in the management of sports (Cunningham, 2007).
