Communication strategies have changed greatly over the last few decades. The advancement in technology has affected the communication. The language of words is gradually shifting to other forms of language. Such languages are used such as use of gestures, picture sound and movement. All this languages can be used to bring a blended form of language. This paper focuses on improving the learning of English in schools to produce better results. The paper explores the forms of language and how they can be blended to produce a more advanced communication skills.

This was meant to accommodate the specific needs depending background of the learners targeted. There were several priorities that were considered. These were; the history of the Australians, the association of Australia and the Asia. Also, sustainability was highly valued. The Curriculum provides the chance for young Australians to gain a deeper understanding of the Aboriginal and Torres by learning about their culture. Students will be able to learn about the diversity within the countries of Asia as a region. Three concepts guided the development of the idea. These texts are meant to improve the learning experience. In the early years of study, the texts are supposed to facilitate the learners with literacy skills. It also helps the learners to establish knowledge about the purpose of the audience, structure and language features of a broader range of texts. Additionally, the different rate of learning among learners was considered. According to the syllabus, teachers should meet the needs of all learners both EAL/D. The conclusion of the essay reflects how the theoretical perspectives have shaped my pedagogical approach to the teaching of writing in diverse community.
Personal growth
The development of English K–10 Syllabus for Australian schools was guided by theoretical perspectives. The theories addressed were considered as the most important aspects that learners were supposed to achieve. One of the theories considered was personal growth. For a syllabus to be acceptable in the 21 century, it should help the learners grow. This syllabus was meant for young learners. Therefore, supporting their personal growth was paramount.
Personal growth of young learners should be an ongoing, conscious choice. It should be wholesome providing an all-rounded growth.
