The professionals communicate and seek help from other colleagues if the effort fails. In an effort to resolve conflict, all communication between professionals is confidential, unless otherwise noted. Standard 20 would be the most difficult for me because I would not want to seek help with a problem, but it would be crucial to seek help because peoples lives are on our hands. Standard 19 is the most important because repeating the same information to the client from multiple sources could potentially be a bad thing because the client could seem like they don’t understand and feel defeated resulting with a bad ending.
Responsibility to Employers is the fourth section that strives to establish high quality services through assessment measures. If a conflict is created between the client and employer, it is worked out and the conflict is resolved. Standard 25 would be the most difficult to uphold because not all conflicts can be resolved. Standard 24 is the most important because a “high quality client service with reliable and valid assessment measures” needs to be establish in order for human service professionals to do their jobs the way they need to be
