The hospital will have to work twice as hard to repair the damage so they can regain trust from the public and it can be costly due to changes incurred. For that reason, health care organizations should train employees to apply the universal intellectual standards to ensure quality ideas before publicly sharing opinion. For those reasons, formal policies should be provided on the use of social media for employees and health care workers should know how to deal with challenges of ethical and legal issues.
