High school is full of drama, whether it is about boyfriends and/or girlfriends or who started the new rumor in the town. Drama can tear a team apart if cooperation does not have an active role on the team. Teams who want to accomplish certain goals, must present cooperation and teamwork while at practices and at games. Otherwise, the team does not play well together. If two athletes who cannot stand each other are on the same team, it takes lots of cooperation for those athletes to perform at their maximum potential. This teaches athletes that they will not enjoy the presence of all of their employees in the future, but they will have to cooperate with each other in a way that presents professionalism and respect in the work field. Teamwork also helps with this concept. Through sports, students realize teamwork can prevent the worst from occurring. As long as athletes have the capability to trust and depend on each other, teamwork will always lead to positive rewards. These rewards could be earning first place at a tournament or having the realization that the players all have each others back. Teamwork teaches students that they do not have to go through everything by themselves. It gives them an understanding that someone will be there to help them through the hard times and give them an extra boost of
