Most people would pick Boo as there last choice, because we really don't know much about him. However, He is symbolically a mockingbird. The first evidence we have is that he minds his own business. Boo doesn't talk bad or judge the citizens in the town of Maycomb. Furthermore, He seldom communicates with on another. A majority have never even seen him before. My second reasoning why he portrays a mockingbird is that he takes care of himself. Boo has his own house and takes care of his well being. He also has never harmed anyone. In addition, Boo helps people in trouble. He helped Jem and Scout Bob Ewell was attacking them. It was a very dark night, and Jem and Scout were walking home from the pageant. That's when Bob came out of nowhere trying to get the kids. Boo hears Jem and Scout and comes to the rescue. He gets Bob off the kids, later killing Bob. He portrays the mockingbird because of his excellent braveness.

Atticus taught his kids how to act like the bird, then when they started to grow they acted more mature. by being heroic and brave the characters in the book portrayed the theme very well. Therefore, Atticus finch, Tom Robinson, and Boo Radley are portrayed as mockingbirds in the
