History has a way of showing and defining leadership characteristics. There have been many philosophers and great leaders that have paved the way for the new generation of leaders. Through their experiences and research we are able to understand and observe how different people work in leadership roles within a social setting. Kurt Lewin was a psychologist that focused on group dynamics and social interactions.
