With that in mind, Nurses are given different educational pathways, employer initiative and accelerated programs to achieve higher degree. Physicians, nurses and other governing boards should collaborate together to formulate plans on how care is going to be provided for patient health, well being and quality outcomes. The evidence base practice of data collection should be emplacing, the underlying framework of organizational needs and operational needs to meet the health care demand. Educated competent nurses have been called to improve the more complex health environment, to attain the requisites needed to deliver highly quality patient care for both primary care providers, nursing researchers and faculty members.
