This affects me because I am carrying baggage from when my aunt died of cancer so if I have to diagnose someone with cancer I am going to become sad and look back at the times I spent with my aunt. Another perspective that affects me in the workplace is the humanistic perspective. The humanistic perspective involves the free will. This affects me because if I don’t come to work willingly then I won’t be as effective in helping my patients as I could be. The third perspective is the cognitive perspective.
