The social part is making healthy relationships. It is also maintaining those healthy relationships. You need to be kind to those you meet and to not just focus on yourself, but the other person. This will help you to create healthy relationships. Without healthy relationships your life would be very sad. For example, if you were going through a rough time, you would have no one to talk to about it or to help you through it. You would be all on your own and you would probably be really lonely. That would be no fun. No one should ever have to be alone or go through something alone. That is just not fair. We all need to strive to meet new people and to make healthy relationships with them. Even if you think you have too many friends, you can never have too many. Who knows, maybe there is someone out there right now just waiting to meet someone new and have a new friend.
