TEAM NAME: Walden Consulting Inc Model Team
Mission: The mission of Walden consulting Inc is to improve teamwork across various organizations. This model will provide solutions to improving positive relationship amongst teams .Many organizations do not create opportunities for people to work well together, this model will show how organizations can encourage and establish a system that promotes interactions through effective communication ,effective feedback and problem solving.

Teams will be trained on how to discuss issues with the people they work .Listening sessions will be organized to allow people voice their concerns on opinions and issues. Lines of communication will be kept open so that people can suggest new ideas. There will be open dialogues that will allow honest point of views from people without any bias. It’s important to have a clearly defined framework and a well defined job description so that everyone will be clear on what they need to be doing. Acceptable behavior and talent management and development programs will be in place to encourage and empower teams to work collaboratively. According to Lencioni 2003 “Team leaders have difficult and challenging tasks”. Periodical monitoring sessions will be used to evaluate performance of team members with regards to how they get along with others and how they well they understand their roles.
