This can either be an on the job training or off the job training. The on the job training is using hands-on training utilizing the organization 's resources and tools, while doing an actual job. Hence, an effective method to develop employees while increasing productivity. An off the job training takes an employee away from normal work situations or an on site job environment. This type of training utilizes classroom lectures, case studies, role playing and simulations. This allows an employee to focus more on training concepts rather than worry about producing or contributing to the company.
