Development and Implement of the New Deal Around the year 1930 America’s economy had a major transformation. “I pledge you, I pledge myself to a new deal for the American people” (Roosevelt, 1930). The economy had not only transformed but it was also recovered by the help of president Franklin Roosevelt. The New Deal helped a lot of Americans after the economy was shattered by the Great Depression. The New Deal helped improve the lives of people suffering from events of the Great Depression.
