If all these groups strengthen the law together, there would be more and more kids respecting the law, and staying in school. Many kids at that age will not understand why they are being forced to remain in education until age 18. That is why parents, along with the groups and organizations named above must collaborate to enforce the daytime curfew law.
The nighttime curfew law, in my opinion, is a more difficult law to enforce. It contains a lot more variables than the daytime curfew law. That is, local businesses and entertainment areas, such as fast-food restaurants, movie theaters, shopping centers, and nighttime activities must also regulate this law accordingly. I do know some of these places do close at 11pm, which is an hour past the curfew time, and perhaps, that does indeed help to some degree.
