Public policy is generally a plan of action adopted by the government to solve a social problem. The American Recovery and Reinvestment and American Jobs Acts was established Franklin Delano Roosevelt; therefore, it was his answer to resolving the Great Depression. Emergency agendas anticipated to influence the financial activity, and it required national and state governments to collaborate (Berry, Goldman, Janda, Manna, and Schildkraut, 2016).
