New customers may have fear of taking a leap of faith to follow their instincts and gut when starting a new business venture! That initial uncertainty may cause them hesitation in directing the affairs of starting a new business and may, thus affect the flow of the project scope of work and management processes, causing delays and interruptions to the project.
However, for the most part; budget constraints, due to lack of adequate financial planning capital/resources most often effect the likelihood of project completion and success.
