The holy Quran is the last book of Allah or human guidance.it contains all the necessary principles for our guidance. We need to study Quran keenly to derive such principles for everyday application. I have studied Surah al Kahf to derive principles of life.
Surah al kahf was revealed in Makkah and is the 18th Surah of Quran. It has 110 ayyah, 12rukus, 1583 words and 6425 letters. It means the cave. It was revealed after surah al ghaashiyan but in the order of Quran it comes after Surah al isra.
MAJOR THEME The major theme of surah alkahf is about fitna and how to deal with these fitnas. These are the 4 stories which are discussed in surah alkahf:

And Allah is able to do everything” (TMQ 18:45).
This ayah lays out a picture in which we see quick flashes from the beginning of life to its middle and then to its end. The stages pass by quickly but Allah Almighty is the only one who is able to do everything.
2: REMEMBERING THE HEREAFTER:

“And they will be set before your lord in (lines as) rows, (and Allah will say) : “ now indeed, you have come to us as we created you the first time….” (TMQ,
