1. Activity Level- Level of physical and mental activity: I am more active mentally than physically. I would place myself in the middle
2. Regularity- Preference for predictable routines or spontaneity: I am highly regular and predictable
3. Distractibility- Degree to which extraneous stimuli affect behavior; readiness to leave one activity for another: I would say I am in the middle of easily distracted and very focused. It depends on the activity at hand

Who are you in the workplace? My work relationships are very good. In fact, I am very proud of them. I have amazing relationships with my co-workers and my students. I also have a good relationship with some of my students’ parents. From previous jobs, I knew how uncomfortable it is to work alongside someone who you do not get along with. I also know how it feels to work with someone who you do not care to have any type of relationship with. From those experiences, I know and value the importance of getting along with co-workers because at the end of the day you have to be a team.
Summary: Personal Attributes Some things I need to work on are being more interested in new information. I do not attend lots of lectures or presentations that can help with my career. I know a lot of my co-workers attend activities where they learn new information that can help them better their teaching careers.
