Sorted and well-maintained data is very critical to any organization. Businesses’ success relies on collecting consumers’ data, learning theirs social and behavioral patterns of consumption and delivering to them their needs. Moreover, to accomplish such a task, Businesses must categorize the collected data for future reference. One of many helpful mechanisms is storing customer data on individual binders. In many schools, especially big Universities, students are required to submit assignments, projects, essays, and so forth at the end of a semester; moreover, often professors prefer to grade a more organized work than an unsorted pile of papers in order to save time and avoid confusion between works various people while grading. Thus, three ring binders are required to organize works of students and professors. Furthermore, in the article “Organize for More Time,” the author states that “school administrators require teachers create lesson objectives, activities, and materials lists using three ring binders that are considered as a blueprint of a course to be followed by students” (Thomas, 2006, p. 18). Similarly, many business or government agencies use three ring binders while ordering customers` application papers in a chronological order or alphabetical order. Besides, keeping papers in a three-ring binder is used in offices in case there is a power outage or some unforeseen problems with office computers. For instance, Hoch, David.
