2. A homologous morphological structure that can examine is the bones that make up the hoof and legs of horses with the arms of humans. Both horses and humans exhibit the presence of similar bones such as the humerus, radius, ulna, phalanges etc. The phalanges is what mostly makes up the hoof of a horse and finger of humans have a different function in each specie. For example, while humans use their phalanges for grabbing objects, horses uses them for walking.
