I am not accustomed to change and become overwhelmed quite easily. As I walked down the corridor to my first class there were students buzzing about all around me. While no words were exchanged, they all seemed to offer a friendly nod or smile. At that moment, I was enveloped by a sense of calm. My fears were calmed even more when I met each of my professors. Venturing into unchartered territory I did not know what to expect. Upon entering the lab I was warmly greeted and directed to join several other students at the table who were there seeking the same support I was. While I was grateful for the help I received and I left with the answers I was seeking it took much longer than I had anticipated. Much to my dismay I could not even get an appointment when I went to the writing lab that same week hoping to get some feedback on a paper I was preparing for my psychology class. I think the addition of more tutors to the lab and defined study sessions for each are of study the success rate of the students would greatly
