They need to improve the education standards, which is the key to improve the unemployment. So far the school enrollment has improved with kids ages 15-24 that are literate, but yet the number is not significant. “Last year, a World Economic Forum report ranked South Africa 146 out of 148” (Yueh). The real statistics are that four out of ten will graduate from high school, and that one out of ten will have good enough grades to go to a university. The schools environment, also contributes to the learning environment. They are failing at providing the single everyday necessities, which would include clean water, electricity, housing, and proper schooling. Now people have started a new thing called delivery protesting, it usually takes place in small townships. In the townships it’s mainly where the poor unemployed population is found. Also another place where most of the black masses live. This could also lead to a “situation where young people who are agitated, jobless and in despair could lead to an “‘Arab spring”’ (Mbele). The only good thing that people have done to try and help would be they have built over 3 million houses for the poor. However this is a very tiny number compared to what needs to be built to help this country, that is in dire
