I am proposing this study to see the email communication to help with a solution to the misunderstandings across the squadron. I believe that the email communication is a big problem with the communication between the sections. During the two weeks, I would need time to interview a few younger airmen and senior leadership on the emails to understand what they understand about some of the emails. These interviews will help my research with the understanding from lower ranking to the higher-ranking individuals. Being able to understand the misunderstandings will help with the solution making our email communication more effective. My final research product of the solution will be written and sent up the chain of command by 29 July 2017.

Being able to effectively and professionally communicate with the same formats makes it so that everyone is understanding the information correctly without question. The purposes of this report are to: o determine whether training for email will be beneficial to the employees understanding o recommend ways to improve email communication across the unit
Scholarly sources were analyzed to show the benefits that training for electronic email communication will bring better understanding across the unit. The sources were analyzed to show that knowing how to professionally communicate across the unit with email will effectively help complete the missions of the unit.
Findings and conclusions
Studies have shown that taking a professional email writing course improves the communication of the employees understanding. The studies show that there is less misunderstands from leadership and the other employees. However, the employees of the unit did not see the need for the training because they didn't see the importance. They didn't understand why they needed to take time out of their day to train to write emails. Employees did not feel that they needed to participate in an email training course. The results of the studies have shown that more detailed information about the training course needs to be told
