In this article, the author states how most poets convey Eurydice in their accounts of Orpheus. The author also describes how most accounts of the Greek legend are put together. Then the author describes the context of H.D’s account of the legend and how Eurydice is portrayed. The author then describes how H.D. wrote some of her other works using Greek mythology. This article is reliable because it shows an example of how H.D. rejected conventional approaches in writing.

In this article, a description of H.D.’s early life is provided. The author also mentions that H.D. is connected to past writers, Oscar Wilde and Sappho of Lesbos. The author describes H.D.’s view of Wilde and the connection between their writings. Likewise, the connection between Sappho’s writing and H.D.’s writing is explained. Lastly, the author gives a few remarks from critics. This article is reliable because it offers information about other connections for H.D. in her writing.
