First of all the full service dining restaurant I choose to dine at was Olive Garden in Holly Springs with my family. When we ate dinner there it was a Friday night around seven pm it was pretty busy when we walked in and there were people sitting inside and outside waiting for their names to be called. The service started out great; there were three hostesses standing behind the host counter and they were all wearing black shirts and pants as their uniforms. They all had smiles on their faces and waited patiently to greet who ever walked through the doors. As we got out of the car we felt safe to walk to the restaurant. When we get up to the restaurant there were three benches, one was on the sidewalk with bushes behind it and the other two were on each side of the front door. When you walk through the door there was a foyer area with a two more benches. Then they 'll be more benches as soon as people walk into the restaurant. Once you are in the building host desk is right up front and behind the desk they showed off their wine. To the right of the host desk is the bar. The bar area has bar stools to sit on and tall tables with chairs. To the left of the host desk is the dining area. The dining area is very large and it has tables, booths, and tables with booth seats on one side and chairs on the other side. In the middle of the dining area, it has a huge fireplace. The lighting was dim, but it was still bright enough to see whoever you are with and your food. Each section of the dining room had six tables and there is one waitress or waiter that serves those tables. The waitress and waiter can have help serving if he or she needs it. For example the night my family and I went our waitress had help when she brought out our food. Also, there are drink stations close by to each section; which had water and tea pitchers. As for the uniforms all the waiters and waitresses wore all black. They had black pants, shirts, belt, and ties just like the hostess did. By all the waitresses and waiters wearing the same thing it made the restaurant look very
