They can’t just be told how to do things, accurate replication is essential when it comes to things like stretching. Stretching is the most important part of a warm-up elasticising your muscles and preventing injury. Without being shown how to do this it can be extremely detrimental to your game and even season as a lot of muscle injuries are commonly long.
