According to LeBlanc, Chifflet, and Mahey, (1999), one of the most important problem faced by “many organizations today is to find the most cost-effective configurations for their communication networks”(p. 188). Further, rapidly changing technological needs and demands of organizations create a competitive working environment. Additionally, each organization various and so does its tools used in networking, which leads to inconsistency and problems (Trebing & Estabrooks, 1995). Apart from technologies and networks being different, even the working atmosphere of each organization is unique, therefore these indifferences results in cultural barriers (Trebing & Estabrooks, 1995).
