With the passing of this bill the authorization of funds, an aid to support community policing effort throughout the United States (Lawrence, s 2013). To this day community policing remains the most important local law enforcement. In order for the community policing to continue to be successfully I think the police departments staff need to continue training programs at every level (Lawrence, S & McCathy, B 2013.
