1. Argumentum ad ignorantiam.
This is an argument, which refers to the lack of the knowledge of another person in the disputable issues, which are related to the subject of the debate. A speaker mentions such facts, which another person cannot prove is not true. If it is not proven that the hypothesis is true, then it is false. If it is not proven that the assumption is false, then it is true.
Example:
A: I believe UFO had visited the Earth.
B: I don’t agree with you.
A: How can you prove your opinion?
B: I cannot.
A: If you cannot prove it that means that they had been on Earth.
2. Tu quoque
This argument means “look at yourself” and arises when a person tries to defend himself by accusing his/her accuser. It is based
