Small changes play a huge rule in accomplishing your goals because starting off small was the easiest way to prepare myself for change. I started slow by waking up thirty minutes extra to make sure I have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is the most essential meal for the day so I felt having that nutrition will give my body the push it needs to have throughout the day. Every morning I have this bad habit of getting an extra five minutes of sleep which eventually leads to my lateness. I believe that self-control is vital to my success, I learned to use a reward strategy in order to control my bad habits. If I make it on time to school for the week then I would treat myself to something nice on the weekends. You have taught me that things don’t always work on my time. It is important to get rid of bad habits so that they won’t hold me back in life. I have learned that I have a great amount of potential but in order to use it most efficiently there are some things I could perfect. You created a class where we could all be open and close with one another because we share similar habits and interest.
