Applicants who go into this field are required or some times already have health care experience as either a registered nurse, EMT, or paramedic. Another thing required is 2-4 years of undergraduate course work in science or some programs offer healthcare ethics, statistics, quantitative methods, and medical terminology (Learn how to become.Org). After earning your bachelors degree you go on to earn your masters degree with an accredited educational program.the program you're in should have studies that include classroom and laboratory instruction in pathology, human anatomy, physiology, clinical medication, etc. The physicians assistant education program that is required to take, takes you 2 years of full time study. According to (OOH) in 2014 " There were about 200 education programs that were accredited through Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. (ARC-PA)". After receiving these two degrees, you will move on ,to pass the Physician Assistant National Certifying exam (PANCE), from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA); to become certified and licensed. Many predict that this will be the cause for more health care services to be used, because there will be more humans in he world by the time year 2024 comes. Which means people are going to need more medical attention. People with diseases will need more assistance from the physicians because those are the ones who will actively be able to treat them to prevent further illness to occur.
