Teanancy Four years
A lease for a fixed period of time, for a tendency for years lease, no notice is needed for termination, the lease knows the termination date from the outset of lease.
Teanancy at Sufferance,
IT occurs the original lease conditions must be met including the payment of any rents.
Tenancy at Will
Also known as estate at will is a property tenure - without a lease or written agreement -that can be terminated at any time by either the tenant or the owner (Landlord) it exists without a contract or lease and usually does not specify length of tenants duration or the exchange of payment.
