I strolled through Grant Park on a sunny Saturday evening looking for a bench that I could sit on while I enjoyed some time in the park. I wanted to sit down and unwind for about an hour as I watched the type of people that came into the park and what they did. Looking around, I saw that there were 3 somewhat rusty benches at the front of the park all engraved with “Grant Park” on the backing of the bench. Across from the row of benches, there was a playground that was surrounded by a square, wooden frame. Inside the frame, there were many kids running around on the slides, monkey bars, and all of the other play structures. Between the benches and the playground, there was a field of fresh, green grass that extended into the left side of the park where many people were playing volleyball, playing catch with their dogs, or just running by themselves. At the back of the park, there was a line of tall, dark green trees that descended into a road that ran behind the park. All throughout the park, I could hear the sound of cars as well as the laughter of small kids running around. Although it was fairly small, Grant Park was filled with many people.…

1800s Parry Sound farmers. Unique amongst any other resident over a very large region around Parry Sound, Zachariah Watts was a black man, the first and during his lifetime, the only such man surviving his childhood as a Missouri slave. His story is worthy of an epic by itself. Zachariah 's farm was located on the shores of what is now called Oastler Lake. For instance, were changes made to the project budget, timeline, partners, or expected results? If so, please describe below. Our intern was also very generous with his time and was more…
